Data controller
The controller is Fabio Lombardo, who manages this personal website. To ask about your personal data or exercise your rights, please use the contact address below.
Data we process
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. For technical and security reasons we may also process your IP address, browser information and the date and time of the request.
When you browse this site, the server may record technical information needed to serve pages and protect against misuse.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use contact details to receive, handle and reply to your request. Depending on the circumstances, the legal ground is taking steps requested before entering into an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in handling unsolicited enquiries and preventing misuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
Technical and anti-spam checks protect the site. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing or newsletters. Acknowledging this notice does not mean agreeing to marketing.
Recipients and external services
Hosting, email and technical service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent automated submissions.
Certain Instagram content, including Reels, is loaded from Meta only when you choose to view it. See the next section for cookies and possible transfers outside the EEA. Applicable safeguards depend on each provider.
Retention
Messages may be stored in the mailbox and the website message records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related correspondence. Any longer retention must be justified by legal obligations or the need to establish, exercise or defend claims.
Providing data and your rights
Providing contact-form data is optional, but without a name, email and message we cannot reply. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority. Contact the controller using the address above.
Changes
This notice may change when website features, service providers or data processing practices change. The version published here is the current one.
